Omaha Physical Therapy Institute, PC is conveniently located on the northwest corner of 144th and West Dodge Road. OPTI has nearly 3000 square feet of gym space with three private treatment rooms, which allows for a multitude of activities to be performed. The clinic includes:

• a stair/ramp station
• parallel bars
• a golf station
• a soccer, hockey, field goal kicking, and lacrosse net
• a functional trainer
• the latest in cardiovascular equipment
• free weights and specialized plyometric equipment
• specialized rubber flooring for shock absorption
• physical modalities including a traction table, ultrasound (phonophoresis), iontophoresis, and electrical stimulation

OPTI’s functional trainer can be modified to provide sport specific training with special attachments for baseball, tennis, golf, soccer, football, volleyball, and hockey. With the spacious gym, patients can practice throwing a ball, kicking a ball, and swinging a baseball bat, hockey stick, or a golf club. For the higher level athlete, OPTI has specialized rubber flooring for agility and plyometric activities.
