OPTI was established by two physical therapists as a result of a desire to provide the most effective physical therapy treatment in a sound, ethical environment. At OPTI, patients are awarded one on one care with the SAME physical therapist EVERY VISIT. The physical therapists at OPTI maintain up to date knowledge of current clinical and scientific research on treatment techniques and interventions in order to optimize every visit for the patient. The ultimate goal is to empower the patient to transition towards an independent, self-directed continuation of home exercises that will maintain health and reduce the risk of re-injury.
